Terms of Service

Commissions/YCH'sI do YCH auctions multiple times per month! Regular commission openings will be taken through FA posts, Discord and Twitter posts!Please look to my main page to see if I'm open or not if you aren't sure!
I will not work until all payments are paid in full, I do not take payments plans unless stated otherwise! No wips for single character commissions! But I do offer edits!Wait times can vary, ranging from 24 hours (upon stating so in descriptions/journals) to 2 months! Wait times vary on complication of the piece! Please ask if you have concerns about wait times! I can do expedited work for a fee (please ask, we can discuss it)!

PaymentAll of my prices are in USD! Depending on complexity of characters/BG's/accessories, prices can increase! Payments must be made in full before I start working. I currently only accept PayPal. Please do not send me money if it's for a commission!! I will send you an invoice!Completed ref sheets/images of your character are greatly prefered, but I can work from written descriptions for a fee! Fee depends on the complexity of the character and description! I will work from SL/3D refs, but require a fee as they are difficult to sample! Do not hand me AI refs/images. I do not accept AI submissions. Chargebacks will result in a permanent ban & block from buying my artwork.

Refunds/Back outsYou can ask for a refund at any time! If a refund is desired before any work has been started, you will receive your refund in full. If requested after work has been done, I will refund you the amount paid minus the work I had done.
However, large projects with established payment plans cannot be refunded. If you claim a slot on my queue and back out last minute or cannot pay, I will black-list you. No refunds unless I fail to deliver on the specified/agreed on date OR fail to communicate a delay.Example; sketch stage was completed for $100 commission. Minus $35 from total refund. If you claim a slot on a YCH and fail to pay/respond/hide bids/give an unrelated reason you will be blacklisted from future auctions/commissions, ect.

Commission EditsI do accept commission edits in a timely manner. The ones that are my fault for missing are absolutely free.If there's an edit(s) you'd like on your commission that was not previously stated, it will be $10 an edit with a 3x edit maximum. Edits can cost more depending on what needs to be edited!I do not accept edits for commissions that are older than 1 week.I also will not accept commission edits for pieces that were signed off on during a crucial WIP sketch stage unless I personally messed something up!

Re-posting/Reusing my artworkAll commissioners may use the art they bought PERSONALLY. You may repost anywhere as long as you clearly credit the work back to me!You may not use my art commercially unless we have an agreement.You can buy the rights to the piece if you wish, but will have to discuss that further, but please ask! My artwork cannot and will not be used
for NFT's OR AI! I absolutely FORBID it!Please do not edit my finished work/crop out watermarks or give to someone else without informing/asking me beforehand!

Private Commissions/Removal of CommissionsI do accept private commissions. Private commissions will require a fee, however, since I cannot post the finish work.The fee will range on complexity on the commission! I will remove your commission from my gallery if I no longer wish to display it.You can most definitely keep it in yours if you wish! I will not remove finished work from my gallery because of relationship drama. If there are other reasons you wish to remove the work, please note me and we can discuss it!

3 strike rule: Read the directions, clearly and concisely, if you fail to do so, I will not respond or do your commission. If you are a repeat offender, I will reject your commission and you will be black-listed.I reserve the rights to use any and all work for advertising purposes including FA ads, Patreon and conventions.I also reserve the rights to post the artwork anywhere with clear credit back to you!Please ask whenever your feel you have questions about your commission progress! I will be happy to answer you!Communication is important to me! I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason!
